Maintenance of assets have moved from Reactive and planned preventive maintenance to Predictive maintenance. At Prime FM with the years of technical knowledge on different equipment we can develop a systematic planned preventive maintenance schedule to suit the type of equipment not only based on the manufacturers recommendation but also keeping in view the usage of equipment and the different scenarios of its usage. Predictive maintenance is developed based on the data study as the contract progresses, which in turn helps us to overall reduce on the reactive maintenance calls and increase the asset life span of the equipment.
HVAC: Repair, operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
MEP: Maintenance of complete MEP systems in a property including Maintenance of HV & LV distribution systems. Extra Low voltage systems (ELV) maintenance. Repair and maintenance of piping networks, water distribution systems, sewerage networks and sanitary fixtures.
Building Fabric Maintenance: All maintenance works related to Carpentry, masonry, painting etc are provided as per the client requirements
