Prime FM has taken safety to the next level whereby employees are encouraged with a special scheme similar to loyalty points. They collect “PrimeXLens” which are redeemable points for actively contributing on various acts related to HSEQ. These points are redeemed at any time as cash.
Regular Toolbox talks are conducted by the respective team heads. Further, safety related instructions are provided for all activities.
Keeping in mind that the long-term memory of humans is highly influenced with what they see, we have introduced “Prime Picture” a questionnaire-based program to increase the knowledge of employees in HSEQ through visual format.
The employees are encouraged to regularly report Near miss, first aid cases, incidents & Suggestions which are regularly used to work on various new improvement programs.
